Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We will gladly give you the option of refunding or reshipping any defective product or an incorrectly shipped item returned within 30 days of shipment. Once we receive the item and find it to be defective, we will immediately refund both the product cost and the shipping cost.
Returned items without defects will be refunded for only the product price. We cannot refund money for shipping and do assess a 10% restocking fee (10% of the product price). These items must be returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

If a product is damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please call us at 804.363.7646 to learn the details on how to ship back to us for a return or an exchange. If it appears the damage was created by the shipping carrier, please hold the original carton and shipping boxes for inspection.
